With 17 years of nursing experience, including the last 11 in the Medical ICU, Liz brings a rare combination of clinical precision and genuine compassion to aesthetic care. Her foundation in one of medicine’s most demanding specialties means every treatment she performs is guided by a deep understanding of patient safety, anatomy, and the importance of thorough, individualized assessment.

Liz’s move into aesthetics wasn’t a departure from her nursing roots. It was a natural extension of them. Over the years, she saw firsthand how thoughtful, well-executed treatments could quietly shift the way a patient carried themselves: a little more ease, a little more confidence. That observation stayed with her. She believes aesthetic medicine, done with integrity, is genuinely meaningful work.

Her philosophy is straightforward: treatments should be natural, intentional, and rooted in education. Liz takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and ensures they feel fully informed before anything begins. She doesn’t chase trends. She delivers results that honor the person in front of her, with the same care and clinical rigor she’s built her career on.

AnnMarie Roberts, RN, BSN

Registered Nurse — IV Hydration & Wellness

AnnMarie brings more than 18 years of nursing experience to Exuberance Aesthetics, with a strong background in critical care and IV therapy that makes her exceptionally well-suited for her role in IV hydration and wellness treatments. Her clinical depth means she doesn’t just administer treatments. She understands what’s happening physiologically, and she’s attuned to how each patient is responding throughout the process.

Working under the supervision of our Medical Director and within established medical protocols, AnnMarie ensures that every IV session is both safe and genuinely restorative. She’s known for a calm, steady presence that puts anxious patients at ease, taking time at the start of each appointment to assess individual needs, explain exactly what to expect, and create an environment where patients can truly relax.

AnnMarie is passionate about the broader picture of wellness, not just how people look, but how they feel and function. For her, IV therapy is one piece of a larger commitment to supporting whole-person health, and she approaches each treatment with that broader intention in mind.

Manny Bouloute, FNP-BC

Manny is the Medical Director of Exuberance Aesthetics and brings over 11 years of experience as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a deep background in internal medicine. That foundation, built on understanding the whole patient rather than isolated concerns, shapes everything about how he approaches aesthetic and wellness care. Treatment plans here aren’t developed in a vacuum. They’re informed by a thorough understanding of each patient’s overall health.

Professionally trained in aesthetic medicine through AMET and the Audrey Rose Institute, Manny has developed both the technical skill and clinical judgment to deliver treatments that are safe, effective, and genuinely tailored to the individual. He holds a particular passion for medical weight loss, an area where the intersection of health and confidence is especially meaningful, helping patients improve not just how they look but how they live.

Above all, Manny is committed to building a practice where patients feel heard. He believes education and transparency are the foundation of trust, and that the best outcomes come when patients are active, informed participants in their own care. Stephanie is the Co-Owner of Exuberance Aesthetics, where she brings structure, intention, and heart to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the practice running smoothly. Her academic background in Liberal Arts, paired with a minor in Multidisciplinary Studies in Human Services, shaped the way she approaches her work and the people she serves.

As the person responsible for the logistics and administrative operations of the spa, Stephanie ensures that every aspect of the patient experience, from scheduling and coordination to day-to-day workflow, is seamless, efficient, and aligned with the practice’s values. Her background in human services informs the way she approaches her role: with a focus on people first, and a commitment to creating an environment where both the team and the patients can thrive.
